Class 5: Complaints

This practice follows the NHS complaints procedure and follows a strict protocol when dealing with all complaints. Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days then investigate and responded to within two working weeks. If for any reason we are unable to respond within this timescale (eg. staff concerned are away), we will let you know with reasons why the response is delayed.
